- Designing stamping tool and dies meeting customer's expectation with our own tooling design, using softwares Auto CAD, Solidwork, Pro/E and Master CAM
- Metal dies (progressive dies, stage dies, transfer dies) are applied to office equipments, electrical household appliances, furniture brackets, constructions, smaller structural parts of automobile
- Maximum precision is up to +/- 0.05mm, minimum round holes we can pierce is +/-0.45mm
- Lead-time: 20 to 60 days for metal dies (depending on the complexity of customers' products)
- Guarantee the stamping tooling life 300,000 shots for metal die
- Sheet metal and stamping capacity: 5,000pcs/day
- Use steel for (SKD 11, SKH-9, SLD, D2, ASAP) for the punch and matrix steel (hardness HRC 58~62)
- Use high-performance components for key parts (Misumi and punch standard tool parts)
- Each tool is 100% tested and tried out before delivery. Bulk productions are strictly controlled by ISO quality system
- Main machines: slow-feed NC wire-cut machines, high-speed NC milling machines, drilling machines; 40 to 160t press machine, EDM, 3-D coordinator measuring machine
- Maximum part dimensions: 600 x 400mm
- Maximum part thickness: not more than 6mm
