Project Engineers have professional experiences in tooling , injection, stamping, assembly and package to assure that customer's technical requirement are put into practice, project manager will coordinate with our manufacturer department to set up and update the schedule, also communicate each issue we face on the projects. We have product and tooling team in our company to assure the seamless transition of customers’ idea when each project moves throughout.
We use professional form and graphs such as BOM of tooling, weekly report with photos for manufacture process, injection parameter report and dimension report to manage all projects process to prevent missing engineering information and to assure all process is tracked. Our project management forms include each process of running project.
We assure our own project management system with critical quality inspect at each step of process, to assure the seamless transition of customers’ idea when each project moves throughout.
