Plastic Mould Design

Seasky Tooling  believe that quality begins with plastic mould design capability and consider it to be the key to be successful of plastic mould making. Seasky Tooling have invested in both people and technology to assure that our plastic mould designs meet customer's highest expectations.
Seasky Tooling have 8 experienced plastic mould designers who can fully utilize the latest engineering software to directly transform the clients' CAD model into plastic mould design. All plastic mould designs are validated to our clients'  plastic mould standards and plastic molding specifications.


Our engineering includes:

1. Pro/ENGINEER (3D Modeling)
2. SolidWorks (3D Modeling)
3. AutoCAD (2D Moldeling)  
4,Mold Flow (Molding analysis before Tooling Start)   
5, Plastic mould making and Plastic molding experience

Seasky Tooling use plastic mould steels from qualified supplier in our plastic mould production, such as 718, 738, S136, S7 from ASSAB of Sweden, NAK80 from DAIDO of Japan and P20, 420, 2311, 2312, 2344, 2767 etc. Most  plastic mold bases and standard components purchase from LKM. Also, Seasky Tooling can design standard plastic mould according to customer's platic mould and plastic molding specification such as DME and HASCO plastic mould standard. Seasky Tooling offer the certification of plastic mould steel, heat treatment report , plastic mould drawing and engineering specification to customer after plastic mould finish.
Every plastic mould drawing for export plastic mould will be validated by customer to proceed plastic mould making. Seasky Tooling check the every process of plastic mould making such as hardness inspection, electrode inspection, component dimension, part inspection etc.
After the final plastic mould validation by customer, Seasky Tooling will pack the plastic mould with standard exporting package to avoid any damage during delivery by sea or by air freight
Seasky Tooling also provide a full range of after-sell service to further guarantee customer's convenience, such as providing plastic mould component for replacement, support customer solve problem.
