Hole and hollow design

1,The shape and position of the hole should prevent to produce weak and complex product.

During molding process, plastic was injected from the around surface of the hole, it will be welded on the top of the hole, this area will be the potential weak issue of product.

1,the distance of the holes should be above double of the diameter of hole.

2,the distance between holes and side wall of final product should be above 3 times diameter of hole.

3,the distance between holes and side wall  should be above 3/4  diameter of hole.

4,We should increase the around of hole,especially the assembly hole.
