Draft angle

The purpost for draft angle is for easier tooling release of product. Normally it should be 1 to 2 degree, min. shoudl be 0.5 degree.  The actual draft angle should be depends on product shape, plastic material type, mould concept, surface requirement and manufacturing. Without effecting the product quality, the more draft angle, the better tooling release.
