Plastic product characteristic
Plastic product design and other material, such as steel, copper, aluminium, wood design are similar; however, the diversity of plastic material composition, structure, various shap makes it have better design characteristic compared to other materials. In particular, compare to its shape design, materials selection, manufacturing methods, most of the other material is unparalleled because most of the other material in shape or manufacturing are subject to restrictions, some materials can only use a method such as bending, fusion-welded to forming. Of course, due to the diversity of plastic material selection, it makes design work more difficult, as we know, there are already more than 10,000 different plastics are applied, although only a few hundred applied widely. A kind of plastic material is not just consist of one unique material, but it is consist of a group of material and each material have different characteristic, this makes the application more diffcult.
